The vision for this home was brought to life through a thoughtful collaboration between the homeowner and designer Hilary Kennedy. As both the builder and the client, the homeowner set out to craft a truly bespoke space for her family of three—one that would reflect their lifestyle while embracing individuality. Together, she and Kennedy curated a moody yet inviting color palette, designed to flow effortlessly from room to room. Layered with rich, natural textures and grounded in deeper tones, the interiors exude a sense of warmth, intimacy, and calm—striking a balance between sophistication and everyday comfort.
